Fire fighters from Station 20 went to Lurgano Primary School to give an education lesson on home and fire safety. Talks were given to two groups of children from years 1-3 and years 4-6 about various topics including fire safety, how fires effect animals and the environment, what to do if you see fire and a general overview of what the Rural Fire Service does.

A short demonstration was given to both groups with the use of hose lays & breathing apparatus usage.
